Sahara to Sea
In mid-2023, I travelled solo through Morocco with no real plan—just a backpack, my Pentax K1000, and six rolls of expired film. I started in Marrakech, headed into the Atlas Mountains, hitchhiked through the Dades Valley to Merzouga and the edge of the Sahara, then made my way west through Fez and Chefchaouen, finishing on the coast in Essaouira.
